Delivery problem

If your product is really damaged, you must imperatively refuse the parcel and note a reserve on the delivery slip (parcel refused because opened or damaged upon delivery, precisely characterize the damage). After receipt and acceptance of your package by our services, depending on the nature of the product, available stock and according to your wish, we may provide reship you the product originally ordered or a product of Exchange to the equivalent characteristics.


Any modified or painted is taken, exchanged, nor refunded.

The returns for withdrawal
Terms of return

Guarantee of hidden defects
In application of articles 1641 and following of the civil code, you also get the legal warranty for latent defects. Only products with a proven latent defect could be the subject of a return under this ground.

All type "light" pieces sold by our shop Pimp-my-car are guaranteed 1 year, excluding consumables (light bulbs, leds, rings).

-If the guarantee to be valid, we will have the production number of the product, which occurs either on the sticker on the lighthouse for example or on the carton. It is therefore imperative to retain this information (cartons and labels) so that we can support warranty returns.

-We recommend keep your original headlights : If a product is faulty (for example, leds are defective on front headlights and taillights), will need to return it to us. Your original headlights can then troubleshoot pending the time the warranty support.

We inform you that the operation of Exchange or repair can take 5 weeks upon receipt of the piece. The repaired part will be returned to you via our shop Pimp-my-car. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Our shop Pimp-my-car reserves the right to disable ipso jure, without notice or compensation, on behalf of the client in the following cases:
